- Who are the Saved Sect?
Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaa’ah. Those upon the Qur’aan and Sunnah
with the understanding of the Salaf. The Firqatun Naajiyah.
- Why are they called ‘Saved’?
They will be saved from the punishment of the Hellfire.
- How many sects will this Ummah divide into?
“My Ummah will divide into 73 sects, all of them in the fire
except one.” (Tirmidhee)
- Which sect will be saved?
Those who are upon what I (Muhammad صلى الله
عليه وسلم) and my Companions are upon.
- What is the meaning of Jamaa’ah?
Gathered upon the truth. Their Creed is the same even if
they differ in Fiqh (legal) matters.
